It's an understandable reaction at this time of year, especially given the general economical gloom! However we at Paul Browns see plenty of reasons for optimism!<br /><br />All the signs are that interest rates could well be headed downwards in the New Year. So, there is, and always will be, a healthy interest in properties on the market.
