As the nights draw in we're seeing a fair degree of uncertainty and just a little despondency around the market. It's an understandable reaction at this time of year, especially given the general economical gloom! However we at Paul Browns see plenty of reasons for optimism!
All the signs are that interest rates could well be headed downwards in the New Year. So, there is, and always will be, a healthy interest in properties on the market. That interest is reinforced by the ever-increasing number of visitors we see coming to our own and associated websites day in, day out!
All the signs are pointing to a very positive New Year, both in the sales and the lettings market.
Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and to let you know we are of course open over the Christmas period so if you need us, please don't hesitate to call!
